The My Application Packages box on the Main page
contains all the information about all Application Packages you are working
on or have submitted. You can go from here to Application Package Status
page, which has these two tabs that provide much useful information:
Checklist: This shows the steps you have completed. More details.
Details: This lists all questionnaires and documents in your Application Package. You can also view detailed status information, the documents you have submitted and any messages sent to you by the HR Specialist. More details.

The types of information in this box are:
Vacancy ID: The Vacancy Identification Number (or VIN) is the six-digit unique number associated with each position managed by USA Staffing™.
Job Title: This is the job title that appears on the job announcement under which you applied.
Status: This is the Status for the total Application Package. Possible statuses and their meanings are:
Complete: All necessary steps have been completed and your application will be (or has been) processed. No further action on your part is needed unless you are notified otherwise.
Incomplete: You need to take further action. To find out what needs to be done, consult the Checklist tab and the Details tab, and complete any items that are not yet complete.
Replaced by later submission: You submitted more than one set of answers to the Assessment Questionnaire. The one with this designation has been replaced by a more recent one.
Duplicate - not allowed - not processed: You attempted to submit more than one set of answers, but the job announcement for which you are applying does not permit you to do this. Your original one is still in effect, and the one with this status designation is on file but will not be used.
Expired: Your eligibility for the position ended because the period of consideration elapsed and either you did not request an extension or no extension was allowed.
Not Submitted: You did not click the Submit My Answers button on the Submit My Answers page, so your Application Package has not yet been processed. You need to do this in order to get your Application Package to Complete status.
Pending HR Specialist Action: It appears you have completed all necessary steps for a complete Application Package, but a final determination cannot yet be made about your status until the HR Specialist responsible for the job announcement takes some action. No action on your part may be needed, but until you see this status change to Complete, you should remain alert in case you are sent a message asking you to take some action.
Closing Date: The date the announcement for this position has closed or will close.
Modified Date: The date you last made a modification to the Application Package.
USAJOBS Control Number: This is the designation in USAJOBS for this job announcement.
To go to the Application Package Status page and see the Checklist and Details for the version of your Application Package you most recently worked on, click on the Vacancy ID Number. (If there are multiple rows under the Vacancy ID Number, you can actually click anywhere on any of the rows associated with the Vacancy ID Number, but the version of your Application Package that will display will always be the most recent one you have worked on.)
